"THE FORTIES CHUMS" NEW YEARS EVE DANCE,at the Riccall Institute, Station Road, Riccall, Nr Selby.YO19 6QJ. (Off the A19 between Selby and York). From 8pm to 12.30am on the 31st December 2010.
Dance the New Year in to all of your 30's and 40's favourites, brought to you by "MAJOR SWING". Swing, Stroll, Walz, Foxtrot and many, many more of your favourite dances. Raffle, Spot Prizes, with proceeds to Help For Heroes.
Bring your own food and Drink (Well there is a war on) 1940's Attire. No Axis or Comedy.
Tickets only £7.00 each. Due to demand tickets will be limited. So don't miss out on this great night.

We second Tim's message.

Big thanks to the Forty's Chums, for their cunning plan that seemed to work very well.
It is a pity we did not win a prize but never mind eh, Tommy Cooper kept coming to mind, I half expected a few tricks “just like that”.
